The Electrical Inspector Limited continues to monitor the advice and guidelines published by the New Zealand Ministry of Health and WorkSafe NZ.
We require that:
All individuals performing work for the company shall be made aware of our policy.
No employee or contractor shall report to or conduct work if their presence or workplace practises could adversely effect the health safety of others.
Employees and contracted staff will follow all precautionary measures including:
Conducting an appropriate level of Risk Assessment prior to engagement at each worksite
Continuously monitor risk levels during engagement
Report to and register at Client based contact points
Follow approriate distancing rules, min spacing of 1 metre, 2 metres preferred
No-unecessary physical contact
Liberal use of hand sanitiser before and after every completed work enagement or task, as appropriate
Use of approriate PPE
We ask that:
Clients provide us with assurances and adequate safe-guards to keep us safe too.
The Electrical Inspector Limited will provide information to individuals to help them develop the confidence to know what action to take if they have any concerns.
Appropriate PPE and hand-sanitising equipment will be available for our employees and contracted staff.
If in doubt, we will consult with private HS&E professionals including those within our clients organisations or Government and together, we will carry out the appropriate response.
